• There is a direct correlation between the level of training and experience resident with the IPI team and the quality of service delivered to our clients.



• Customer service requires a human interface. Relying on technology alone will not meet the needs of our client’s employees and members.



• We answer our telephone. When clients and plan participants call IPI during working hours they will never connect to an automated voice response system.
